UNKL&NICO

In 2001, 347 are planning to create a women's line, labeled Boyriders. Because girls do ride boys. This women's line has unique history of how it can finally came out. We were thinking of making something else other than t-shirt and boys stuff. The fast growth in 2002 became a new culture in Bandung. They created underground events and parties that turned out to be an alternative or subculture from what it was mainstream at that time. On this year also, 347 launched a project; based on their love of Andy Warhol's project - The Velvet Underground and Nico. This is a tribute for cult movies and music artists. Later on we found out that the project had an 'affair' with the women's line Boyrider, that's where UNKL&NICO came.
